Newsletter – 1 November 2015 Fluoride – Is it a Great Public Health Initiative?? Not Hardly!
As you know, we do not use any fluoride in Natural Dentistry. It has always seemed strange that any government agency or municipal water district would ever consider using a public water system to dispense drugs. (A drug is something that causes a physiological effect when ingested into the body.)
Where else is that permitted? Why not aspirin in the water to every home or a decongestant in the system every spring time? This would be unthinkable (I hope) as medication is a personal decision, and medically it is known that different bodies have different tolerances to toxic elements.
And, fluoride is very toxic, a little more toxic than lead and a little less than arsenic! It is often used in rat poisons and pesticides. Even in small concentrations there is concern of chronic toxicity with prolonged use – fluoride gels, fluoride supplements and fluoridated water, it can all add up!
The Fluoride Action Network has been working tirelessly to broaden awareness on the toxic nature of Fluoride compounds; among citizens, scientists and policy makers alike. They provide comprehensive information and a weekly update as they are consistently monitoring government agency actions that impact the public exposure to fluoride.
Check out the video and also check out the Fluoride Action Network. Right now, Congress is considering House Resolution 416, to “express the sense of the House of Representatives recognizing community water fluoridation as one of the great public health initiatives on its 70th anniversary.”
Say WHAT!! Things get stranger and stranger!!
